Dr Rudra Deo Mishra, Exe. Director, Anusandhan Foundation and Director of Greater Noida Productivity Council, President of Uttarakhand  Productivity Council, Dehradun  and Principal Advisor UP Productivity Council, Lucknow  has got 37 years of professional experience in the field of management consultancy, training and post graduate management teaching . Earlier Dr Mishra, has served as Director &  Head with National Productivity Council, Kanpur  (under Ministry of C & I, GoI ) for thirty  years,  and with Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management & Research  for two years and Post graduate management teaching for seven years.Apart from this Dr Mishra has got rich administrative experience in Government. Mr. Mishra has earned Ph.D. in Management from B.H.U. and is M.B.A., M.Sc. (Math).
 
A certified trainer having done extensive work in areas of HR, Strategic Leadership and Organization Development in multi cultural business environments with large MNC’s and Indian organizations A veteran in the field of pedagogy, with more than 37 years of teaching & training experience, Dr. Mishra has conducted more than 650  modules of training programme for Senior, Middle and junior levels of personnel in more than Sixty Public and Private sector organisations and has trained more than 50000 Executives. Dr Mishra has  conducted Hospital Administration Programme in 70 district Hospitals of U.P. apart from organising more than 125  Residential programmes at different locations like Goa, Port blair, Mussoorie, Dalhousie, Mount Abu etc.
 
Dr. Mishra has Supervised Ph.D. (Mgmt) to Mr K.V.Trivedi of Indore University on the Topic “A Study In Executive Job Hopping in Indian Industry”. At present Dr Mishra is supervising Sri Devendra Jaiswal , Associate Professor of  GHSIMR, Kanpur on the topic “Supply Chain Issues of Industries” at MONAD University. Hapur (U.P)
 
Dr. Mishra has contributed many articles in the field of Management  in various Journals and Magazines and is widely travelled and conducted  programmes in U.S.A., Japan, China, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Mangolia, Malaysia, Nepal, etc.
